I began my healing journey five years ago, battling anxiety and physical pain. After experiencing profound transformation through Reiki and sound healing, I deepened my exploration into spirituality and wellness, earning certifications and expanding my expertise. As a certified Soul Purpose/Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Master, sound bath practitioner, and soon-to-be yoga instructor, I also share healing practices with my 75,000+ Instagram followers. Recognizing a gap between traditional healing and modern technology, I founded Om and Glow—a pioneering wellness brand offering a transformative, lifestyle-changing experience.
